Title: 3D Animator / Motion Designer
Location: Paris, France
Reporting To: Design Director
We are seeking a 3D Animator / Motion Designer with strong video editing skills and solid 3D animation expertise to join our Paris creative team within the Brand Management House. This hybrid role blends 3D animation (Maya), motion graphics (After Effects), and editing (Premiere/Resolve) in equal measure.
You’ll adapt existing production assets — including fully rigged characters — to create dynamic, engaging content for YouTube, social media, music platforms, and brand campaigns. You’ll work independently on marketing-focused animations while collaborating closely with the production team to ensure brand and creative alignment.
Animate and adapt pre-rigged characters, focusing mainly on body mechanics (walk cycles, gesture loops, action poses) for marketing use.
Create character animation cycles, animated cards, and other 3D sequences for marketing use.
Render animations into high-quality video outputs, ensuring they are optimized for marketing and campaign needs.
Integrate 3D animation into campaign deliverables across platforms.
Design and animate graphics such as intros, outros, lower thirds, bumpers, stings, end boards, and transition cards.
Produce animated logos and other brand identity elements to enhance brand presence.
Create motion artworks for DSPs (Apple Music, Spotify, etc.).
Edit and adapt video content for YouTube, social media, music platforms, and marketing activations.
Combine live-action, animation, and motion design elements into cohesive storytelling.
Optimize edits for each platform’s format, audience, and performance goals.
Work with internal creative teams and external partners (agencies, freelancers) to deliver brand-consistent content.
Contribute creative ideas while respecting brand guidelines and production assets.
Balance quick-turnaround projects with high-polish hero pieces.
