Job Purpose
The Shared Service Centre (SSC), as a Centre of Excellence, supports global functional and business units—from the International Sector to North America and its affiliates—by delivering high-quality visualization work. This includes rendering, design, animation, virtual and augmented reality, 3D modeling, and graphical outputs that showcase Haworth's premium positioning and product value.
The Visualization Team's goal is to create compelling visuals that reflect Haworth's brand, demonstrate product quality, and reinforce customer confidence in investing in our portfolio—ultimately driving higher win rates and supporting marketing strategies.
A glimpse of your daily mission
Produce high-quality renderings for proposal bids and marketing materials aligned with Haworth brand guidelines.
Manage larger-scale and complex rendering projects.
Create animations when required for projects (animation skills are a plus but not mandatory).
Enhance visuals during post-production using photo/video editing tools.
Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Marketing teams to understand project requirements and expectations.
Work closely with other visualization artists and designers to deliver consistent results.
Support Visualization Supervisor/Managers in liaising with all markets.
Ensure timely delivery of client projects with high-quality standards.
Continuously improve workflows and processes.
Share best practices, identify process improvements, and reduce operational waste.
Maintain the Visualization SharePoint site by uploading renderings (and animations, if applicable) to the library on a weekly/monthly basis.
Update project status to supervisors during daily stand-up or virtual meetings.
Your Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in 3D visualization.
Strong ability to produce high-quality renderings; animation skills are a plus.
Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Forest Pack Pro.
Strong conceptual thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking.
Ability to meet deadlines and deliver work on or ahead of schedule.
Artistic talent and creativity with an eye for detail.
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest visualization techniques, best practices, and technologies.
