DevOps Developer – Middle/Senior

We are seeking a Middle/Senior DevOps Developer with solid experience managing cloud-native infrastructure, automating processes, and implementing large-scale CI/CD pipelines. This candidate will work fully remotely on a continuous basis, contributing to the evolution of the client's technology platforms and ensuring system reliability, security, and scalability.

The role involves comprehensive management of Kubernetes clusters, adoption of infrastructure security best practices, and definition of infrastructure as code, ensuring high standards of quality and governance. The candidate will be involved in monitoring, logging, observability, and optimization of cloud architectures, with a focus on AWS.

Main responsibilities:
• Management and maintenance of Kubernetes clusters, including resource tasks, Helm charts, ingress controllers, and pod networking
• Apply infrastructure security best practices, including IAM, firewalling, hardening, and access control
• Development and maintenance of automation scripts in Python and Bash to optimize operational processes and deployments
• Continuous monitoring of infrastructure and services via Prometheus, Grafana and CloudWatch
• Management and optimization of the monitoring and logging stack (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenSearch, Datadog)
• Definition and maintenance of IaC infrastructures using Terraform and CloudFormation
• CI/CD pipeline management, automating build, test and release processes
• Administration of Linux and Unix-like environments
• Container runtime management and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes
• Management of common middleware such as Nginx, Redis and RabbitMQ
• Implementation of performance optimization and cost optimization principles in cloud environments
• Advanced use of AWS services (IAM, EC2, S3, networking, managed services)

Required skills:
• Proven experience in cloud-native environments and Kubernetes infrastructures
• Advanced knowledge of scripting (Bash, Python)
• Experience with modern monitoring, logging and observability tools
• Deep knowledge of Terraform, CloudFormation and IaC principles
• Mastery of CI/CD pipelines and related tools
• Solid knowledge of Docker and container technologies
• Good understanding of AWS services and distributed architectures
• Ability to work independently, strong quality orientation and advanced technical problem solving
