We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Environment Artist with strong Unreal Engine 5 expertise. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of UE5 (Blueprints, PCG, shaders, performance), is comfortable with DCC tools, and thrives in a creative, technical environment pushing the boundaries of 3D content creation.<\/span>

Technical skills<\/b>
<\/p>

  • Advanced mastery of Unreal Engine 5<\/b>
    <\/li>
    • Blueprints and Blueprint Utilities
      <\/li>
    • Shaders and material editing
      <\/li>
    • Optimization (LOD, draw calls, lighting, etc.)
      <\/li>
    • Grass types and foliage tools
      <\/li>
    • Strong knowledge of the PCG (Procedural Content Generation) framework
      <\/li>
    • Comfortable working with Unreal Landscapes
      <\/li><\/ul>
    • Image editing and texturing tools<\/b>
      <\/li>
      • Proficient with Photoshop and/or Affinity Photo for texturing
        <\/li>
      • Good working knowledge of tools such as Substance Painter (or equivalent)
        <\/li><\/ul>
      • DCC expertise<\/b>
        <\/li>
        • Strong skills in at least one major DCC (3ds Max, Blender, Maya, etc.)
          <\/li>
        • For:
          <\/li>
          • Hard -surface and/or organic modeling
            <\/li>
          • UV unwrapping
            <\/li>
          • Exporting optimized assets for real -time use
            <\/li><\/ul><\/ul><\/ul>

            Daily Responsibilities<\/b>
            <\/p>

            • Environment Creation & Integration<\/b>
              <\/li>
              • Integrate provided asset packs into Unreal Engine 5
                <\/li>
              • Compose and refine environments, scenes, and levels
                <\/li>
              • Adjust shaders, materials, and textures as needed to achieve the desired visual quality
                <\/li><\/ul>
              • Pipeline & Performance<\/b>
                <\/li>
                • Manage and optimize 3D assets and their shaders to ensure strong UE5 performance
                  <\/li>
                • Follow and respect a defined DCC → UE5 production pipeline
                  <\/li>
                • Contribute feedback and improvements to the pipeline when relevant
                  <\/li><\/ul>
                • Procedural Generation (Landscapes & Biomes)<\/b>
                  <\/li>
                  • Create and refine landscapes, biomes, and procedural setups using PCG
                    <\/li>
                  • Work closely with technical artists and engineers to improve procedural workflows
                    <\/li><\/ul>
                  • Testing & Debugging (Quality Control)<\/b>
                    <\/li>
                    • Perform regular visual checks, in -game tests, and debug passes
                      <\/li>
                    • Identify and fix issues related to assets, materials, lighting, and performance
                      <\/li><\/ul>
                    • Technical Documentation<\/b>
                      <\/li>
                      • Document workflows, best practices, and pipelines in Confluence (or similar tools)
                        <\/li><\/ul><\/ul>
