Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a 3D Artist II to join our team in Minnesota!
The 3D Artist II role supports the creation of high-quality architectural visualization for Ryan Companies internal groups — including Marketing, Development, Construction, and Real Estate Management —as well as external client needs. This role combines technical expertise with artistic vision to produce renderings, animations, and interactive content that enhance design communication and presentation impact.
Some things you can expect to do:
- Develop proposal and presentation renderings, and animations for internal teams and client requests.
- Produce high-quality interior and exterior renderings using 3ds Max, V-Ray and Unreal Engine.
- Apply color grading, compositing, and post-production workflows to still imagery and animations.
- Create 2D exhibits in support of pursuit, construction, and Ryan Shared Services groups.
- Assist with video editing using Adobe Premiere, Resolve, or equivalent software
- Contribute to and manage asset and material libraries.
- Apply Ryan graphics standards to proposal and presentation deliverables.
- Learn and apply construction plan-reading skills to source information critical for deliverables.
- Stay responsive and adaptable to evolving technology and workflows.

- Strong technical and artistic skills in 3D visualization.
- Fundamental understanding of cameras to create compelling compositions with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge in Unreal Engine for real-time rendering
- Experience working with Perforce or equivalent source control platform
- Boris FX Syntheyes experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Revit, SketchUp, and construction documentation is beneficial.
- Excellent eye for detail, composition, and design storytelling.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and adapt to fast-changing project needs.

Compensation:
The base pay range is $67,800.00 -$84,800/Annually. The salary may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
