We're looking for a skilled 3D Artist/Visualization Specialist to join our team.

We are seeking a passionate and talented 3D artist to support the continued growth of our in-house visualization studio, producing exceptional CG imagery for a diverse range of projects and clients.


You will work directly with our DC office and our Visualization Specialist based in New York City. The role involves creating compelling, visually engaging renderings that tell powerful stories through design. Responsibilities include 3D modeling of both interior and exterior spaces, applying materials and textures, setting up cameras and lighting, rendering, and post-production.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Architecture, Graphic Arts, Interior Design or related field
  • 3 to 7 years of professional experience
  • Strong sense of perspective, composition, and visual storytelling
  • Advanced knowledge of Autodesk 3ds Max and Corona Renderer, V-Ray is a plus
  • Familiarity with Chaos Cosmos, Forest Pack, and RailClone.
  • Proficient in photomontage, texture creation, and image editing.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Revit.
  • Basic knowledge of Rhino and Blender
  • Experience in scene lighting, be able to paint light, and use different rendering techniques.
  • Photography experience
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding of physically based rendering (PBR) materials/shaders and UVW mapping for realistic results.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a positive attitude under deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Provide insight and design expertise when needed
  • Ability to contribute to and maintain a shared asset library and establish lighting set-ups and compositions
  • Commitment to craft, quality, and continuous improvement.

 

Advantages

  • Experience with AI tools for visualization workflows
  • Animation skills
  • Familiarity with Unreal Engine, D5, Vantage, or Twinmotion
  • Video editing experience with Premiere Pro or After Effects
  • Experience with additional modeling or shading software
